This policy explains how Kleemann handles business contact data submitted through inquiry forms and how browsing data may be processed on kleemanncrusher.com.
When you request a crushing plant review we collect name, business email, phone, company name and the project message you provide (feed size, target t/h, rock type and related notes).
We use inquiry data to route your request to crushing engineers, field service or parts hubs, and to follow up on plant configuration questions. We do not sell contact lists.
Business inquiry records are retained for the period needed to support commercial follow-up and warranty communication, then deleted or anonymized according to internal retention schedules.
Access to inquiry data is limited to personnel who need it for crushing and screening sales or service response. Transmission uses the site’s standard HTTPS channel.
To update or delete inquiry data associated with your business email, contact the Kleemann desk.
