Pick the crushing service plan that fits your job-site

Highway base, quarry aggregate, urban recycling, bridge fill and coastal stockyards each need a different Kleemann service profile. Tell us the feed and shift pattern — we return a wear-parts and MTTR plan matched to jaw opening class and screen vibration frequency.

Site supervisor planning crushing plant next to mobile screener

Six Service Profiles for Crushing & Screening Sites

Each plan lists the field tasks quarry managers and recycling plant supervisors actually schedule — CSS or gap checks, mesh swaps, liner rotations and emissions paperwork — not generic “full service” language.

Highway & Road-Base Plan

Screen mesh calibration for base-course fractions, crusher gap audits after abrasive granite campaigns, and mat-density-linked stockpile reporting after every production kilometer equivalent.

Quarry & Aggregate Plant Plan

Jaw plate wear surveys, impact blow-bar rotation schedules, vibrating screen cloth swaps and conveyor splice windows aligned to quarry-belt cadence.

Urban Demolition & Recycling

Tramp-metal magnet checks, dust-suppression nozzle audits, RCA fraction screen deck changes and reload cycle-time coaching for tight city pads.

Bridge Fill & Precast Aggregate

Cubical product audits for structural fill, discharge opening verification before precast batches, and signed gradation packs for the project engineer of record.

Underground Muck Prep

Compact jaw + screen train service for tunnel spoil, wet-cake vibration frequency tuning and vent-friendly dust package inspections.

Coastal Port & Stockyard

Corrosion-focused washdowns, salt-fog seal renewals on control cabinets, and bulk stockpile reclaim crusher readiness for ship-loading windows.

Common questions from quarry managers and recycling foremen

Do you document plant safety under ISO 21873 or only local rules?

We issue ISO 21873-aligned plant safety packs and adapt documentation to the standard your project EOR requires for mobile crushing equipment on site.

How fast can you deliver a jaw-plate rebuild kit to a remote quarry?

Seventy-two hours to bonded warehouse for contracted sites, with on-site rebuild crew dispatched the same week from the nearest of eighteen hubs when liners are pre-staged.

Will you train operators on Tier 4 Final regen procedures?

A four-hour DPF / SCR regen workshop is bundled with quarry and recycling service contracts so owner-operators avoid unnecessary derates mid-shift.

Can your plan replace our current dealer contract mid-cycle?

We honor remaining warranty terms and layer Kleemann wear-parts service on top so there is no coverage gap during the transition month.

Do you cover hydraulic-attachment downtime on the feeder and screen?

Yes — feeder drive packs, screen exciters and hydraulic gap cylinders are included in Tier-2 and Tier-3 plans with ISO 4406 sampling after each major reseal.

Without a Kleemann service plan

  • 36h average MTTR after liner failure
  • Lost crushing-day revenue when mesh SKUs are air-freighted
  • No Tier 4 emissions audit records for EHS binders

With a Kleemann service plan

  • < 16h MTTR on contracted quarry-belt sites
  • Parts pre-staged for your jaw opening and screen class
  • Tier 4 audit packet ready for EPA / Stage V reviewers

Service plan limits we state before signing

Sub-16h MTTR applies only when manganese liners and screen cloth for your discharge opening and vibration frequency setpoints are pre-staged at the covering hub. Remote sites beyond bonded-warehouse reach quote a travel adder. Hybrid power assist packages introduced in 2024 pilots are not included in Tier-1 plans. We will not certify AS 2550 crane lifts — crushing plant safety packs follow ISO 21873 scope only.
